The "last course" low-res pdf, the raw powerpoint slide packs and the ArcGIS geolocated images are also available for general purchase (ie course attendance is not required). These are priced on a 3 tier structure (small/medium/large companies).

Customers must understand and state that they are paying for the compilation work not the reference data itself which is open file and freely available. The products can be purchased online and the products are sent via cd/dvd by courier typically within 2 working days. Once purchased the data can be used freely throughout the company by all geoscientists but the data must be hosted on a restricted drive and wholesale copying of data to partners or other commercial companies is not permitted.

  • Academics, consultancies and unlisted or private companies where this simplistic pricing scheme fails should email Ian prior to any purchase and agree via email what classification is most applicable.
  • State or National Oil Companies and seismic contractors with data within the study area should also contact Ian via email directly since usually a significant discount can be negotiated for access to data that can be used in the course.
